The touching way Strictly Come Dancing's launch show will honour Bruce Forsyth
Producer Louise Rainbow confirmed the tribute
Tissues at the ready, because the first episode of Strictly Come Dancing is set to be a tear-jerker as the celebrity contestants perform a heartfelt tribute to the late and beloved TV personality Sir Bruce Forsyth.
Bruce sadly passed away last week, aged 89, and the Strictly Come Dancing bosses are marking the first series after the loss of former host Brucie in a way that we're sure he'd approve of - with a spectacular dance.
The Sun reports that the professional dancers have already met to work on their tribute to the TV legend.
Strictly's executive producer, Louise Rainbow, told the paper last night: 'The thoughts of everyone here are still very much with Sir Bruce's family.
'Of course, we will be paying tribute to Sir Bruce at our launch show and this will include a heartfelt performance from our Strictly professional dancers.
'We all want to celebrate him and all that he love about the show. Sir Bruce was and will always be. A huge part of Strictly come Dancing.'
Many stars from the showhave already taken to social media to pay their respects, with host Tess Daly writing: 'It's hard to believe he is gone. He will be so greatly missed by us all. I grew up watching him on Tv then spent 10 years pinching myself that I was standing by his side in the studio on Strictly Come Dancing.'

Also donning the fake tan is presenter Charlotte Hawkins and actress Gemma Atkinson.
This Morning favourite and Loose Women star Ruth Langsford, 57, and magician Paul Daniels' widower Debbie McGee, will be joining EastEnders' Davood Ghadami and comedian Brian Conley as well as TV chef Simon Rimmer.
Not forgetting, JLS singer Aston Merrygold who will also compete alongside former pop star and priest Richard Coles.
