Jessica Alba reveals she’s having a baby boy
The star announced the news in the sweetest way
Jessica Alba has revealed to her fans and followers that she is expecting a baby boy with her husband Cash Warren.
The 36-year-old actress shared the exciting news via her Instagram account. The sweet clip, which the star posted in reverse, shows her daughters Honor, nine, and Haven, six, helping her to open a 'gender reveal box' that hangs in a tree.
Pulling on a ribbon, the little girls are showered with blue streamers, confetti balloons and sequins, revealing that their new sibling will be a little brother.
An overjoyed Jessica can be seen in the background raising her arms in delight. The expectant mum captioned the adorable post ‘@cash_warren and I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce... #officiallyoutnumbered #babyboy#cantwaittospoilhim #hugsandkissesforlife#soontobemamaofthree’
The post quickly received over one million likes and fans rushed to congratulate the star on her happy news.
'So exciting adding a boy to your family! Congrats!' commented one fan, while another added: 'Yay boys are the best and so chill. Lol. Congrats momma'.
The new arrival will be the third child for Jessica and Cash, who got married in 2008. Jessica announced the news of her pregnancy back in July with another sweet clip on Instagram featuring her two daughters.

Holding numbered balloons, Jessica wrote that she and her partner were, ‘officially going to be outnumbered’ as they prepared to welcome a third baby into their family. The star said she felt ‘blessed’ to be pregnant again.
However, despite her joy at expecting baby number three, the mum-of-two has revealed that her son will definitely be her ‘last one’, and she isn’t planning on growing her family any further after he is born.
Talking about being a mum, Jessica revealed to E! News that she tried to lead by example with her kids, and her approach to parenting is very much, ‘walking the walk and not just talking the talk.’
‘Your kids are just going to really mirror what you do’ she said.
