Those tuning in to season six of the Netflix reality series have noticed the absence of one agent - leading many to wonder why Davina left Selling Sunset.

Selling Sunset is back with a bang, bringing all the drama and stunning luxury homes that fans have come to expect from the hit Netflix show. This season sees Chrishell clash with Jason's new girlfriend, Marie-Lou, as well as her new nemesis and fellow agent Nicole Young. Meanwhile, the feud between Chelsea Lazkani and Bre Tiesi is still bubbling away too. 

But there are also several cast members missing from the recent season. Viewers had already been wondering why Brett Oppenheim left Selling Sunset after he disappeared a few seasons earlier, and now some are asking why Heather Rae El Moussa left the show. Most intriguing, however, is Davina Potratz, who left The Oppenheim Group back in season four. Though she's been spotted once or twice in subsequent seasons, the estate agent is notably absent from season seven. Here's everything we know about why Davina left Selling Sunset.

Why did Davina leave Selling Sunset?

Davina left Selling Sunset after season four of the show for a new business opportunity at another real estate company called Douglas Elliman, which is located in Beverly Hills.

Confirming her departure in October 2020, Davina told  PEOPLE, "My background is in new development sales and marketing, so this is just a wonderful opportunity for me. It's just very in tune with my skills."

Her exit from the show was first mentioned on Selling Sunset during the early episodes of season four, when Jason revealed he was looking for her replacement. He brought in Vanessa Villela to take over, with Davina's departure coming just after her argument with Chrishell Stause over her divorce from Justin Hartley, in which Davina questioned whether Chrishell was really "blindsided" by the news.

However, following her exit from the show Davina said: "I certainly hope that I'm still part of the cast. Brett [Oppenheim] is not at the Oppenheim Group anymore either, so I don't think that that's going to be an issue at all."

She added, "It’s not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision." 

Meanwhile, Jason said of Davina, "Davina has always been a tremendous asset and a valued agent at the Oppenheim Group, and she is also a friend whose career decisions I very much respect and support."

She ended up rejoining the group part-way through the fourth season and also made an appearance during the reunion in May 2022, as well as appearing a couple of times in season six too, when she attended Heather's baby shower and Emma's open house.

And some eagle-eyed viewers have noticed that the estate agent does in fact make a very brief appearance in season seven on Selling Sunset, when she's pictured in the background of a clip filmed at the opening of the new Oppenheim office.

Filmed wearing a sparkly red dress, Davina posted a video to her Instagram of her evening at the event, which showed her posing for paparazzi photos as well as a couple of clips from inside the party. 

Why did Davina return to Selling Sunset in season 4?

Davina returned to Selling Sunset after the new development project she had been working on came to an end. Late on in season four of Selling Sunset, Davina tells fellow cast member Christine Quinn that she is thinking of returning to The Oppenheim Group. 

She explains that the new development project she had been working on after quitting The Oppenheim Group had ended.

While Christine told her she should come back, Davina expressed hesitation, explaining that she wasn't on the best terms with her boss Jason Oppenheim when she left.

She said: "When I left the Oppenheim Group, there was a little tension because of what had happened with the $75 million listing because that didn't sell but I feel like [Jason] wasn't supportive from the beginning and it just didn't start off the best way."

Speaking to Jason later on, Davina said: "You know I left because of a new development opportunity at the other brokerage, but the job is completed, the consulting is all wrapped up and it was a very corporate environment and while I can easily function there, I do love the closeness and the access to you and just the camaraderie you have at the Oppenheim Group."

Jason did decide to give Davina her job back and she does now work at the brokerage once again, though her appearances on the show since then have been few and far between.

And it seems she might not be too happy about losing her prominence on the Selling Sunset. Her co-star, Heather, who is also missing from many of season seven's episodes, recently posted on Instagram: "Looks like I got pushed in the water… its a good thing I can swim! Congrats to my girls on S7!  You may see me in a few episodes….." under which Davina commented, "You and me both", with a laughing emoji. 

What happened to Davina on Selling Sunset?

Davina is best known for trying to sell a $75 million dollar house that was causing quite the headache for the real estate agent - mostly due to the huge price tag putting off potential buyers and leaving Jason reluctant to let her take it on.

The pricey property, which belonged to the real estate agent’s client Adnan Sen, has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a home cinema, a wine cellar, a gym, and one of Beverley Hill’s biggest pools. Plus, there's a separate guesthouse with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The property first appeared in Selling Sunset in season two, but made a reappearance in season five after Davina was unsuccessful in finding a buyer. She visits Adnan on the show and says to him, "I know it didn't work out on this property, but please know I'm always pitching in and I'm always mentioning it. I'm still looking for people. I'm here to see if there's something else we might be able to work together on."

Adnan is less than impressed, saying to her, "At the end, you didn't perform twice and now you want me to give another property to you?" But he eventually agrees, giving her a property for lease to work on.

As for what happened to Davina following season four of Selling Sunset, there's not much to say as she never full returned to the series. However, she is still working at The Oppenheim Group...

Where is Davina Potratz now?

The Oppenheim Group website states that Davina now works as "a Broker and Director of the New Development Division." Adding, "Throughout her career, Davina has secured property sales in excess of over half a billion dollars and served as an international sales and marketing consultant at several branded and marquee luxury developments."

This would explain why she can be seen in the background of a few shots from Selling Sunset season seven, including at the opening of the new Oppenheim office and Chelsea's 30th birthday party.

Christine Quinn now runs her own real estate brokerage with husband Christian Dumontet, named RealOpen. She also models, and hopes to pursue a career in acting.

RealOpen allows buyers to purchase property using cryptocurrency, with Christian Dumontet being one of the earliest adopters of cryptocurrency; he was responsible for enabling Bitcoin payments from 2013 for thousands of US and Canadian restaurants. As part of her modelling pursuits, 34-year-old Christine modelled for Balenciaga in 2022. Walking alongside the likes of Kim Kardashian and Dua Lipa, she showcased the brand's Fall/Winter 2022 Haute Couture collection during a runway show. Sharing multiple snaps of the show to Instagram at the time, Christine captioned one with "So honored to be a part of the Balenciaga Couture Show. Also not ready to leave television behind completely after her Selling Sunset departure, Christine hopes to take part in more reality shows, and pursue serious acting roles - she had previous roles in Hot Tub Time Machine and Humans vs. Zombies prior to the Selling Sunset gig. Where is Davina Potratz now?

Davina Potratz left Selling Sunset in season 4 to work for rival brokerage Douglas Elliman. However, she soon returned asking for her job back. Although she still works for the Oppenheim Group, she rarely appears on the show anymore.

Speaking to People about her initial departure, Davina said "I'm really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division. My background is in new development sales and marketing, so this is just a wonderful opportunity for me. It's just very in tune with my skills." She added "It's not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision."

Jason Oppenheim spoke out about her quitting, to wish her well. He said "Davina has always been a tremendous asset and a valued agent at the Oppenheim Group, and she is also a friend whose career decisions I very much respect and support. I will always want the best for Davina, and I hope that we continue to work together in the future."

Shortly after leaving, Davina was seen telling Christine Quinn that the project she had been working on with her new employer had come to an end and she wanted back in with the Oppenheim Group. However, she was concerned over returning to work for the business as she'd departed on less than good terms with Jason, and he was dubious about taking her back. The team eventually agreed to offer Davina her old job back, and she remains with the brokerage but with very little screen time. Responding to a fan who asked why she's rarely seen on screen anymore, she simply replied "Honestly no clue, you’ll have ask production."

Where is Maya Vander now?

Maya Vander left Selling Sunset following a tragic baby loss at 38 weeks. She now runs her own business relocating, valuing, and finding dream homes for her clients, the Maya Vander Group.

As Maya had shared her pregnancies on the series, she felt she was left with no choice but to share her loss on Instagram to avoid questions about the absence of her baby, whom she named Mason. In a heartbreaking post she spoke of the "hardest day" of her life, saying "Given I share my pregnancies in the show I knew I’ll have to post about this and avoid the “ when is your due date “ question. You will always be in our heart baby Mason." She left the show shortly afterwards to relocate to Miami and focus on her family.

In 2022 she announced the formation of the Maya Vander Group, aspiring to match the perfect property with the perfect buyer. Her statement on the website reads "Purchasing a home is the most important investment most people ever make. So my job is to put their needs first, be as responsive as possible, make myself available whenever they need me, and provide valued-added guidance throughout what can be a complex and stressful time for them."

In May 2023, Maya revealed she'd given birth to rainbow baby Emma Reign. On May 11, she wrote on Instagram "Welcome to the world Emma Reign! My rainbow baby! This was a long 9 months as I kept my pregnancy as quiet as possible from social media. I gave birth few days ago and words can not express my sense of relief and happiness!" 

Where is Vanessa Villela now?

Actress turned real estate roker Vanessa Villela left Selling Sunset under mysterious circumstances in season 5. She now works for The Agency, which features on Buying Beverly Hills. 

Vanessa had begun her career at The Agency, before moving to the Oppenheim Group. Her departure from Selling Sunset was never formally addressed, and it wasn't until May this years that Vanessa discussed her move back to The Agency. Taking to Instagram, she wrote "It feels so good to be back at The Agency, where my Real Estate career started. It was my dream to work there as soon I thought about doing this. I'm proud to have achieved it."

She continued "Three years ago, I began studying for my exam, but the pandemic hit, and everything was put on hold. Months later, I received an email with an exam date just two weeks away. At first, I doubted myself and thought I couldn't do it. But with the encouragement of my Brother, I left my fears behind and began studying with all my heart. When the day came, I was nervous, but I knew deep down that I was ready for it. I passed my exam, and the feeling of joy was overwhelming. I couldn't stop crying tears of happiness." 

Vanessa later told People that her decision to leave Selling Sunset had been mutual with the show executives. She said "I always felt like I was the new girl in school. They're obviously super successful and it's an incredible show, but I have to make my own life and make my dreams come true."

Hinting that she didn't get on with some cast members, she added "Obviously you get along really well with some and don't click as well with others, and that's the show. Vanessa remains in touch with Maya and Christine, but that's it. She concluded "The rest are super nice, but we are not in contact right now." 

Where is Brett Oppenheim now?

Brett Oppenheim left Selling Sunset to begin his own brokerage, Oppenheim Real Estate, where he remains today. 

Brett's new venture has ties with The Oppenheim Group, and he didn't leave the show due to any feuds but purely to expand on his and twin brother Jason's business assets. Confirming that he wasn't technically leaving the Group but moving to streamline business and commissions, Mary said "Brett Oppenheim is just hanging his license differently because he’s a broker as well. And just for the sake of their relationship [with Jason], he’s just using his own license because they were just having arguments and stuff about like with clients and commissions and stuff like that" according to Showbiz Cheatsheet.

Brett still occasionally appears on the show, and the relationship with twin Jason appears to remain strong - he was on holiday to Greece with his brother when Jason met met latest love Marie-Lou Nurk. Although quieter on social media than the rest of the cast members, Brett continues to assert love for his brother on Instagram. Most recently, he shared a picture of the pair with the caption "Happy #SiblingsDay bro. Can’t wait to spend our birthday together in Paris on Wednesday!"

Amanza's health scare has made headlines recently, and the reality star has spoken candidly about the effect of life-limiting illness on her family in an update.

The Selling Sunset stars are used to their lives being the subject of spectacular headlines, from their astonishing net worth, to their real ages and partners - the line up of lovers can change at a dizzying rate. However, cast member Amanza Smith has recently made headlines for a very different reason after she experienced a worrying health scare and viewers thought she may have cancer. Fans immediately rushed to find out what had happened to the reality star, offering support in their droves. Fellow Oppenheim Group employees were also on hand to back their colleague and offer kind words. The health scare arrived amid rumors Amanza has been feuding with cast member Chrishell, something she has also addressed when updating fans about her well-being - read on for everything we know about what has happened.

Newcomer for season 6 Nicole Young, immediately found herself embroiled in arguments and found herself the subject of unnecessary internet trolling. Fellow newbie Bre Tiesi lives an unconventional life, which hasn't gone down well with some members of the cast. Fan-favourite Heather Rae El Moussa will be absent for season 7, and we look into why. 

Does Amanza Smith have cancer?

No, Amanza Smith doesn't have cancer. However, a scan had revealed "worrying" results, leaving the reality star needing a biopsy. The results later came back clear, with no cancer present.

At one point during the current season 6 of the show, Amanza is seen discussing a can of her uterus with Mary. She explained Doctos had notices something potentially suspiscious and were performing a biopsy. She told her friend "When they did the ultrasound, my uterus on the screen looked … There’s a lot of stuff there and I don’t know what it is. It doesn’t look good. There’s a wide array of things that it could be, and then the one thing that we pray and hope that it’s not." 

In a lengthy Instagram post, Amanza later gave fans a full update, reading "Thank you to everyone for your concerns and well wishes towards my health. I am happy to tell you that I am in fact, not only cancer free, but also possibly aging backwards and happier than I’ve been in forever! The results of my biopsy were benign! I will continue to be grateful for my health, and even more so now than ever! You realize that if it is in fact, in poor, standing, everything else falls secondary. I have lost many loved ones to cancer. The most recent one was my adoptive father and you all see that in season six." 

She continued to speak further about her adoptive father, adding "Maybe I didn’t say how he passed but that was how and it is a very sensitive subject. Let’s celebrate life on this post and I urge you to please if you are going to comment make this one, the one that you bite your tongue and only make it positive. Negativity causes disease everyone remember that …it’s something we don’t want to mess with … love, positivity, and happiness actually heal it. Big love to you all. Thank you for the support. We are so grateful to have the number one show in the US on Netflix."

Cast member Nicole Young commented on the post "Beautiful inside and out! And one amazing mother! Love you to the moon and back," while others left heart and other emojis. A fan who had clearly been keeping watch for an update about Amanza's health added "Just came here to check to see if there was a health update and I’m glad it is such positive news️. Hoping nothing but the best for you and your children." 

How is Amanza's health?

Although Amanza doesn't have cancer and said she is "ageing backwards," she does openly speak about her ongoing mental health battles.

Amanza has regularly shared and updated fans on her mental health difficulties, which relate to trauma she suffered as a child due to sexual abuse, and concerns over the search for former husband Ralph Brown. She has not seen or heard from since 2019, and he is the father of her two children, daughter Noah, and son Braker. 

Speaking to Mr Warburton's magazine about the abuse she suffered, she said "I put on a very strong face, which comes from the fact that from the time I was three years old, I was sexually abused by somebody very close to me, and you have to pretend like that's not happening." 

Sharing concerns over her former husband to Instagram, Amanza has previously posted pictures of herself looking tearful, saying "It’s ok not to be ok. Many people are afraid to be open about mental health. This was me last night at 4am when I couldn’t sleep because so much was on my mind. Hang in there everyone. You are not alone." Her most recent post about mental health simply read "Some days look like this and It’s OK."  

Are Amanza and Chrishell still friends?

It appears that Amanza and Chrishell are no longer friends, although most of the drama has played out on social media and not on screen.

Confused fans were only alerted to a problem between the pair, when Amanza mentioned it in her Instagram post about being cancer-free. She said "I know that it is very public that Chrishell and I have our own little feud right now however, I also know that she too, has suffered a great deal of pain by losing loved ones from this terrible awful disease. It affects everyone involved in a very heartbreaking way."

However, fans responded to this saying they weren't aware of any feud between the two, as it hadn't appeared on season 6 at all. Amanza has since been very cryptic about what exactly is going on. After it transpired she'd blocked Chrishell on Instagram and a fan asked why, Amanza responded personally to the comment with "I’ve never given any reason as to why I blocked Chrishell to anyone because I don’t think anyone has asked so far. Don’t worry I’m happy to share in due time."

She concluded by saying "Some things have greatly and obviously changed. Blocking wasn’t to be petty it’s triggering to see certain people when you are hurt or disappointed etc. It’s a sensitive subject with me obviously." One fan took to Twitter to share hopes viewers would get to see the drama in season 7. They said "Amanza blocked Chrishell on instagram hopefully their feud is in season 7 cause I’ve been waiting for that group to turn on each other." 

Is Amanza still single?

Yes, Amanza is still currently single. Her last relationship with Dutch soccer player Ryan Babel, came to an end in 2022 after 3 years together.

Amanza was married to Ralph Brown between 2010 - 2012. The pair shared custody of their children until 2019, when Brown dropped them off at school and disappeared. Amanza later suggested she'd received a letter from Brown that said "My situation isn’t good right now. I can’t financially take care of the children. It’s not safe for them to be with me. You need to keep them until my situation changes." This communication has led police not to search for Brown, or classify him as a missing person; he remains unaccounted for today. 

Amanza's relationship with Ryan Babel ended at the end of 2022. Babel was residing in the Netherlands for work, and Amanza had a crazy schedule filming Selling Sunset and pursuing her other lines of employment. Their conflicting schedules were the reasons offered for the split. The pair were very quiet about the relationship, with Amanza not often alluding to it until it was over.

The model is thought to be around 26-years-old, giving her relationship with Jason a considerable age gap. Jason met German-born Marie Lou while holidaying with twin brother Brett in Mykonos, Greece. Marie-Lou, who now calls Paris home rather than her native Germany, didn’t know who Jason was when they first met. 

Jason recently caused a social media storm after sharing a picture of himself and Marie-Lou to Instagram, where they appeared to be newly married. Depicted walking hand-in-hand with Marie-Lou, who was donning a white dress, and with Jason looking delighted in a casual suit, the photo certainly gave a post-nuptials vibe. However, Jason quickly stepped in to dispel any rumors, commenting "Clearly these photos are confusing people. Sorry about that. We did not get married. Chrishell Stause

Age: 41 Partner: Married to G Flip

Chrishell met musician G Flip during Halloween 2021, and on May 11 of this year the couple revealed they’d married in Las Vegas. There had been no official engagement, and the couple rectified this by quickly getting engaged on the plane on the way to their wedding. G Flip (real name Georgia Claire Flipo) is 29-years-old, and hails from Australia. The non-binary musician sings, and plays multiple instruments. 

Announcing the couple’s nuptials, Chrishell shared an Instagram reel with the caption "Love doesn’t always go as planned… Sometimes it’s immeasurably better. If you ever get the pleasure of meeting G, know that you are meeting one of the kindest, funniest & most talented hard working people out there. I love you so much @gflip." 

Chrishell was previously in a relationship with Jason Oppenheim in early 2021, and was married to This Is Us actor Justin Hartley between 2017-2021. The pair had actually separated in 2019, with the divorce not finalized until 2021. Hartley has now moved on with actress Sofia Pernas, to whom he is now married. 

Mary Fitzgerald

Age: 42 Partner: Married to Romain Bonnet

Mary married Romain, who hails from France, in March 2018. Romain originally worked as a pastry chef, but now works as a project manager for the Oppenheim Group; he oversees construction and listing renovations. The relationship between the pair has been fiery, continuously hounded with split rumors. This has been compounded by a 13-year age gap, with Romain being significantly younger than his wife, and Mary’s friends believing he wasn’t mature enough for her.

Mary has one son from a previous relationship. Austin is now 26-years-old, and Mary gave birth to him when she was just 16. She has spoken of wanting children with Romain, but put plans on hold due to life and work being too busy. Tarek El Moussa is a 41-year-old real estate investor and television presenter. He is largely known for co-hosting HGTV's Flip or Flop with ex-wife Christina Hall - the former couple share two children together. Divorcing Christina in 2018, Tarek began dating Heather in 2019, with the pair marrying in 2021 at the Rosewood Miramar Beach Hotel in Montecito. As both are stars of the reality genre, it came as no surprise when the wedding was covered by Discovery+, in a special named Tarek and Heather: The Big I Do.

In July 2022, Heather announced the pair were expecting their first child together, and her burgeoning bump can be seen throughout Selling Sunset season 6. Their son Tristan Jay El Moussa, was born on January 31 this year. Sharing the news on Instagram, Heather wrote: "We’d like to introduce Tristan Jay El Moussa to the world. 6:55am 1-31-23 7lbs 7oz. Chelsea Lazkani is British-Nigerian, who met her husband during a holiday to Los Angeles in 2015. Moving to the US to make LA her permanent home, Chelsea married Jeff on August 12, 2017.

In the same year she married, Chelsea obtained her realtor license. While living in the UK, she studied Economics at the University of Birmingham before gaining a Masters in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Dundee. The couple share a son Maddox Ali Lavon, and daughter, Melia Iman. Jeff knew Jason Oppenheim through work, and introduced him to his wife. Chelsea was a huge fan of Selling Sunset, and was delighted to score a place on the cast. 

Amanza Smith

Age: 45 Partner: Single

Amanza Smith previously married Ralph Brown in July 2010. Giving birth to daughter Noah and son Braker a short time later, her marriage to Ralph came to an end in 2012. According to US Weekly, Amanza has had no contact with her former husband since September 2019. The reality star said "My ex-husband and I have been divorced since my kids were 1 and 2. And Daddy’s a great dad, he’s very present, but over the past couple of months stuff has really hit the fan and he’s basically just off the grid. And we don’t really know what’s going on. I just don’t have answers for them."

Amanza went on to date Dutch soccer player Ryan Babel. However, after nearly 3 years together, the couple split at the end of 2022. Amanza cited their conflicting schedules and the distance between them as reasons for the split - Ryan lives in the Netherlands for his job. Amanza also has her full time career and two children to focus on, and the pair were unable to make a relationship work.

Emma Hernan

Age: 31 Partner: Single

Emma was previously in a relationship with project developer Micah McDonald. The pair met when Emma took on a listing being developed by Micah, and audiences instantly noticed an attraction between them. After agreeing to go on a date with him, Emma said "I usually don’t mix business with pleasure, but Micah’s a little bit different. Not only is he attractive and successful and confident, but we actually have a lot in common. I mean, basically, he’s just, like, check, check, checking every damn box."

However, the relationship didn’t last and Emma split with Micah sometime in 2022. In an Instagram post added in April this year, she teasingly posted a picture of herself to Instagram donning a tiny bikini, with the playful caption "Swipe to see my boyfriend!" Swiping reveals a picture of Emma with her dog, smiling broadly, and apparently confirming her single life.

Nicole Young

Age: 37 Partner: Married to Brandon Young

Nicole has been married to Brandon Young since 2017. Brandon appears keen to maintain a level of mystery, with his own social media accounts set to private. Nicole occasionally shares photos of herself and Brandon together, and on the rare times she does, offers suitably gushing words for her husband. To celebrate his birthday back in 2020, Nicole wrote on Instagram "Happy birthday to my BEAUTIFUL husband @therealplanb!! You are truly my better half. You are incredibly patient, generous, thoughtful, loving, witty and wise and I am so lucky to be your wife. Oh and no one on this planet looks better in a suit than you." 

The couple don’t have any children, but share two dogs together - the pooches get plenty of space made for them on social media. Believing Selling Sunset portrayed her in a negative light, she called out those who have made hurtful comments, while thanking the real friends who have stood with her. Nicole has been with the Oppenheim Group since 2014, but has chosen to stay away from the limelight of the show until now. Bre Tiesi

Age: 32 Partner: Nick Cannon 

Bre and 42-year-old Nick Cannon met when Bre appeared on Wild n' Out, the game show hosted by Cannon. They have been dating ever since, and welcomed son Legendary Love Cannon together in July 2022. The pair have an open relationship they choose not to define, although do maintain respect and honesty with one another relating to what goes on outside the pairing. Nick has 12 children with 5 women, welcoming a daughter with another woman just 2 months after Bre gave birth to their son.

Chrishell is one of the best-known stars to come out of Selling Sunset, with her personal life not short on drama - from her split from ex-husband and actor Justin Hartley, to her relationship with her boss Jason and most recently her marriage to Australian singer G Flip.

Chrishell has earned her net worth of $5 million through her work as a Selling Sunset agent, as well as her acting career on Days of Our Lives. House Beautiful reported n 2021 that Chrishell had spent $3.3 million on her home, and she also has the most Instagram followers of the Selling Sunset cast members, meaning she can charge the most for a sponsored post.

3. Heather Rae El Moussa - $3 million

Heather Rae Young has had several different jobs before joining Selling Sunset. The star has worked as a pilates instructor, Playboy model (becoming Playboy's Miss February in 2010) and made minor appearances in movies and television shows. She got her license at 27 and has made commissions on multi-million dollar homes, all of which have contributed to her $3 million net worth.

4. Emma Hernan - $3 million

Emma Hernan has one of the highest net worths of the Selling Sunset cast at $3 million, but not all of it comes from real estate. It turns out Emma is quite the entrepreneur - she has her own plant-based frozen food company called Emma Leigh & Co, which sells empanadas, and has also made money through modeling.

Forbes reported that when she was younger, Emma invested her time and money into her family’s east coast business, Yankee Trader Seafood, before becoming an angel investor in various companies and start-ups.

5. Davina Potratz - $2 million

Davina isn't a season regular, having left Selling Sunset in season 4, but nevertheless her net worth is one of the highest on this list. And Selling Sunset wasn’t isn't the first time she has been featured on a real estate-themed reality show, as she had previously appeared on Million Dollar Listing.

She joined  The Oppenheim Group in 2018 as Director of New Development/Broker Associate, and has a history of working in journalism and sales. The Standard reported that her net worth is around $2 million, and she worked as a model before getting her real estate license in 2006.

6. Christine Quinn - $2 million

Christine may no longer be on Selling Sunset, but we couldn't leave her off this list. She worked with The Oppenheim Group for over 5 years and has racked up a net worth of $2 million for her work there, along with her sponsorship deals with makeup brand Ciaté and shoe collection with Shoe Dazzle.

Meanwhile her husband, tech mogul Christian Richard, is reportedly worth $20 million.

7. Mary Fitzgerald - $1 million

Capital FM put Mary's net worth at $1 million, a figure she's earned through selling properties with The Oppenheim Group. Mary's real estate career began in 2008, and she previously worked as an estate agent in New York and London for a few years, before joining The Oppenheim Group in LA, in 2014.

She and husband Romain Bonnett have also recently started a business flipping houses. The Express reported that Romain's net worth is somewhere between $1 million and $5 million.

8. Maya Vander - $1 million

Sadly, Maya is not returning for Selling Sunset, despite being one of the favorite cast members. She has accumulated a $1 million net worth through her two real estate jobs - working with the Oppenheim Group and the Douglas Elliman agency. 

She's now launched her own team, the Maya Vander Group, and has permanently relocated to Miami to work out of a Compass real estate office.

9. Amanza Smith - $1 million

Amanza was an interior designer and stager before gaining her real estate license and joining The Oppenheim Group. She's also worked as a model, and the popularity of both Selling Sunset and her design business AmanZa LLP has ensured her a $1 million fortune, according to Cinemaholic.

The publication reports that she started her career in modeling and entertainment, before becoming an NFL cheerleader, where she met her ex-husband Ralph Brown. Since beginning her career as an interior designer, she has decorated and staged homes for some of Hollywood’s most elite.

10. Chelsea Lazkani - $500,000

Before working for The Oppenheim Group, Chelsea was working in real estate for Rodeo Realty, while her husband Jeff Lazkani is a Managing Partner for Icon Media Direct. The Express reported that both Chelsea and Jeff have a net worth of $500,000.

Chelsea is one of the newer additions to the Selling Sunset cast, having previously worked as a business strategist and solar analyst with companies in the oil and gas industry, prior to getting her real estate license five years ago.

Selling Sunset is returning to Netflix for its sixth season - here's everything we know about newcomer Bre Tiesi.

The Oppenheim Group realtors are back and with the Selling Sunset season 6 release date finally revealed, fans of the reality show are keen to know what to expect from the latest installment - from Heather's pregnancy and Christine leaving the brokerage, to whether Jason and Chrishell are still together.

And there's a couple of new faces joining the cast too - Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi. And it certainly looks like the latter is planning on making an impact, saying in the trailer for season 6, "I mean business. I'm about business. I'm here to f*ck this sh*t up." Here's what we know about new Selling Sunset cast member Bre Tiesi...

Who is Bre Tiesi from Selling Sunset? 

Bre Tiesi is a model and luxury real estate agent. She was born in 1991 and raised in Los Angeles, and she first started modeling as a teenager, after dating someone in the industry. Her dad was an MMA fighter and her mom is a nutritionist.

Speaking to E! about her early modeling career, Bre said, "I literally fell into modeling. I had never in a million years even considered or thought about it." She added that it was her then-boyfriend's mom who convinced her to try it: "I was like, 'Oh, I don't know. I think I actually want to be a surgical technician.' And she's like, 'No! There's not enough money in that.'"

Bre talked about her career shift from modeling to real estate to PEOPLE, saying, "Right before the pandemic hit, I started going to my brokerage every day. I started taking it more seriously and tapping into my network, and that's when I started making some high-figure sales."

She added: "As amazing as modeling was as an industry for me, I was just kind of over it. You know, I'm 31 now. So I'm like, it's time to be a big girl!"

Prior to joining the Oppenheim Group, Tiesi was a real estate agent at Keller Williams Beverly Hills.

In addition, Bre has appeared on several other reality TV shows over the years, including Love & Listings, WAGS, and Wild n' Out. She has her own fitness show Elevate with Bre on OF.TV, and offers a 12-week fitness program on her website, Body by Bre.

Are Nick Cannon and Bre Tiesi a couple?

Yes, Bre Tiesi and Nick Cannon are a couple. The pair met when Bre appeared on Wild n' Out, a reality improv-battle game show that Cannon hosts.

Speaking to E! about how she ended up going on the show, Bre said she has Dave Osokow to thank. She added, "He's like everyone's best friend and I knew him from the club days. He was like, 'I want to introduce you to Nick and take you to the show.' I had never been to something like that and I went to the show that night and then met Nick. Maybe a year or so later, I started at Wild 'N Out, so I actually didn't start right away."

Bre and Nick aren't in a  traditional monogamous relationship, however, with Tiesi saying in an appearance on the 'Know For Sure' podcast in June 2022, "This is just us, this is our relationship and what you do outside of that is what you do outside of that. Everything is respectful, everything is honest. We don’t really define it."

But it seems like the unconventional relationship is the source of some drama on the upcoming season of Selling Sunset. In the trailer, fellow realtor Chelsea Lazkani says, "As a Christian, I find Bre's relationship rather off-putting."

Bre says, "Who I have children with is my business, I don't need a judge and a jury."

Is Bre Tiesi married?

Bre Tiesi is not currently married, though she was previously married to American football player Johnny Manziel. The pair started dating in 2016 and got engaged the following spring, going on to tie the knot in a private ceremony in 2018.

However, the couple split in March 2019 amid accusations that Manziel had cheated on Tiesi, and the former model filed for divorce that December. Their divorce was finalized in November 2021.

It sounds like there were no hard feelings between the former couple, however, as Bre posted a photo of her 'divorce party' on social media, captioned: "I do, I did, I'm officially done.🤪 Thanks to all my girls for the craziest divorce party. No shade to J, wish you nothing but the best, love ya ❤️😂"

Bre told E! that it was her divorce that inspired her to finally lean in to her real estate career after getting her license several years beforehand. She said, "It got wild and it got really fun and I was like, 'Okay, I love this.' I love the whole process. I love the negotiations, the interior design and just the luxury in the houses. And, of course, just the investment side and really learning the difference in the business and having your own assets. It was just all so intriguing to me."

Does Bre Tiesi have children?

Yes, Bre has one child. She gave birth to a boy named Legendary Love Cannon via home birth in July 2022. Legendary Love is Bre's first child and Nick Cannon's twelfth.

Nick announced that he and Bre were expecting a child in January 2022 on his talk show, The Nick Cannon Show, while the real estate agent confirmed the news on her Instagram the same day.

Bre has since revealed that she has no plans to have another child. On her Instagram story in January 2023, she said: "One and done. Me and Ledgy for life."

As for whether Selling Sunset can expect to see Legendary Love or Nick Cannon on the show, Bre told PEOPLE, "I'm not going to necessarily hide [Legendary] from anything. It is what it is between his dad and I. He's still obviously so little, so I will protect him from the majority of it for a little while."

Joining the line up this time around are Bre Teisi and Nicole Young - but the latter is far from an Oppenheim newbie. Who is Nicole Young from Selling Sunset?

Nicole is 37-years-old, and hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Nicole then found herself in Texas for college, attending Baylor University to study marketing and public relations.

Initially finding work as a marketing consultant, Nicole eventually found her way into real estate. According to her Oppenheim Group bio, Nicole moved to Los Angeles in 2007, and began working for the corporation in 2014. Due to having worked at the brokerage for the best part of a decade, Nicole is considered to an OG of the business, choosing to stay behind the scenes until now.

Eagle-eyed fans will have noticed that Nicole has appeared previously on Selling Sunset, where she officiated at Mary and Romain's wedding. Definitely a real estate veteran, Deadline reports her to be the longest-standing and highest earning realtor at the brokerage, accruing $100M in sales. 

Speaking to People, Nicole discussed her feelings on finally appearing as a cast member in the show - specifically the amount of drama that will surround her. She said "I fully realize that’s a large and unavoidable aspect of the show, but I have pretty thick skin. I’m not easily offended and I have no qualms about voicing my opinion, so I’m not too worried. It’s going to be a fun, wild ride and I’m here for all of it!!!" 

Turning to friend Mary for advice prior to filming, Mary's advice for the series newcomer was "Just be yourself. Don't try to be anything that you think people want you to be or say what they want you to say." 

Who is Nicole's husband on Selling Sunset?

Nicole married husband Brandon, on April 17, 2017. He doesn't appear often on Nicole's social media, but she did share a celebratory post featuring him, on their sixth wedding anniversary.

Brandon Young's Instagram account is set to private, implying he wants to stay out of the limelight for now. Honoring her husband on their anniversary, Nicole wrote "5 years!! Happy anniversary my love! Time flies when you marry your best friend. 4.22.17 was the best day of my life, not because our epic wedding was the best party we’ve ever thrown, but because it was the day I became your wife and the day we became a family. 

I am so proud to call you my husband and so grateful to have you by my side through thick and thin. The past 7 months have certainly tested our marriage through a horrifically painful tragedy, but we survived stronger and more bonded than ever. I would have crumbled without you. Does Nicole from Selling Sunset have children?

Nicole doesn't have children, currently sharing two dogs with her husband, rather than kids.

In 2021, Nicole's Brussels Griffon dog Frankie, went missing when being cared for by a dog sitter - as yet, the pup has sadly never been found. Speaking of Frankie as her daughter, Nicole shared multiple social media posts and began a Facebook group dedicated to the dog, in an attempt to locate her. 

One devastating post read "PLEASE HELP US FIND FRANKIE. Our daughter, our everything. Our house of 3 is not complete without our 4th. We need her back. Our lives will never be the same without her and not knowing what happened to her, where she is or what she’s going through is eating us alive. And please learn from our experience…it doesn’t matter how incredibly anal and protective you are with your babies if you trust the wrong person to watch them while you’re gone."

Later sharing a picture of herself and Brandon with two dogs to her Instagram page, some believed Frankie had been found. However, one fan asked if the pictured dog was the missing pooch, but sadly Nicole confirmed Frankie was still missing, adding "It’s gut wrenching, heartbreaking and infuriating not knowing where Frankie is or what happened to her. But we haven’t and won’t give up until she’s home."

An apparent friend of the couple commented "Love the dogs, but how about some kids?" Nicole responded that this was "on the to-do list", while Brandon appeared disgruntled at the intrusive question. He replied with an eye-rolling emoji, and "dude, ease up on the pressure." 

Will Nicole be in season 7 of Selling Sunset?

Yes, when she agreed to take part in the show, Nicole also signed up to appear in season 7 of Selling Sunset.

She was originally due to be on the show from the beginning, but dropped out due to cold feet just before filming began. "Originally, I was a part of the main cast," Nicole revealed during a conversation with People. Opening up on her reasons for pulling out, she added "Honestly, at the time, I just got cold feet right before they were going to start filming. I just wasn't ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business - which I'm very protective of - to the entire world."

On changing her mind and taking the plunge to appear on camera for season 6, Nicole added "I've grown personally and professionally a lot. At the end of the day, it's an incredible opportunity and a rise-to-the-occasion kind of moment."

The show goes behind the scenes in the world of LA real estate, following a group of glamorous female realtors working at The Oppenheim Group - the number one real estate brokerage in the Hollywood Hills and the Sunset Strip.

Fans are invested in the lives of those selling luxury LA homes, with many asking about the Selling Sunset cast's net worth, and season 5 saw everyone wanting to know more about newbie Chelsea Lazkani too. Selling Sunset season 6 release date

Chrishell and Jason confirmed their split at the Selling Sunset season 5 reunion in May last year, with both getting visibly upset. Jason said: "It’s been a few months, but I’m still just going through stuff. I think there was a lot of love between us and there still is. I still care about her very much. This has been a very difficult break-up."

Chrishell has since found love with Australian singer G Flip, while Jason has moved on with new girlfriend Marie-Lou.

It also looks like some new feuds may develop, with new cast member Nicole accusing Chrishell of taking credit for two of her listings, while another new recruit, Bre Tiesi, is seen feuding with Chelsea.

Selling Sunset season 6 cast

For the most part, the Selling Sunset season 6 cast will remain the same as season 5 of the show, but there are a few new members - and a couple of realtors who won't be returning.

Co-founder Jason is, apparently, not going to be around much this season, instead spending time in Europe with his new girlfriend. This leaves Mary Fitzgerald in charge of The Oppenheim Group.

Meanwhile, Davina will also be absent for the majority of the season, though there will be glimpses of her throughout. 

Maya Vander won't be returning for the new season, as she is reportedly focusing on her family and her own real estate group in Miami.

Her future with the company was left on a cliff-hanger in season 5 after realtor Emma Hernan told Jason and Mary that Christine had used an associate to offer one of her clients money to stop working with her - though Christine has denied the claims.

In the show's season 5 reunion, Jason confirmed that Christine had left the firm, saying: "There's not a place for her at The Oppenheim Group."

Christine has since revealed that she left The Oppenheim Group to focus on her and her husband Christian Dumontet’s crypto real estate business, 'RealOpen'. 

Who has been added to Selling Sunset season 6?

Two new realtors - Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi - are joining the Selling Sunset season 6 cast. 

Nicole has reportedly been at The Oppenheim Group for over a decade, and was originally meant to appear in the first season of the show.

She told PEOPLE she "got cold feet right before they were going to filming", adding, "I just wasn't ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business - which I'm very protective of - to the entire world."

Meanwhile, LA-based model and realtor Bre will also be bringing her five week old son, Legendary Love, to the show.

Viewers will also get to know Chrishell and Jason's new significant others, musician G Flip and model Marie-Lou Nurk, respectively.

Brittany Snow husband: Who is Tyler Stanaland?

Tyler Stannard is a 33-year-old realtor associate at The Oppenhein Group in Orange County, California and a cast member of Netflix show Selling the OC. The 33-year-old previously enjoyed a successful surfing career before turning his hand to selling property. 

Real estate is "in his blood", according to his official Oppenheim Group profile. Tyler's dad is John Stanaland a distinguished realtor who runs the John Stanaland Group - also in Orange County. Tyler previously worked at the company alongside his dad, brother Trevor and step-mother Rachel Stanaland. His mother Lisa Cameron co-owns the interior design studio The Modern Vault.

"Growing up working for the family brokerage, Tyler got his sales license at just 18 years old," his profile reads, addin that he is a proud "fifth-generation realtor and fourth-generation Laguna Beach native".

Tyler left his father's brokerage and joined the Oppenheim Group in November 2021 - when brother Jason and Brett first set up their OC branch. "It just felt like the right time," he said in an interview with Women's Health. "Jason created a legacy and brand of his own that I felt aligned with my clientele, so it just seemed like a good fit if I was to make the move."

He's since confirmed that he doesn't regret his decision to switch brokerages - despite the accompanying drama seen on Selling the OC. He told Distractify: "I wasn't regretful, because I think that the drama that I got sucked into was different from my business. From a business standpoint, it was the right call, and the drama was just something that, unfortunately, happened."

Out of hours, Tyler likes to spend his time near the water - either surfing or fishing with his family.

How did Brittany Snow meet husband Tyler Stanaland?

Brittany and Tyler were aware of each other through mutual friends for years, however things turned romantic in 2018 when Tyler sent his future wife an Instagram DM which led to them chatting and arranging their first date at a Mexican restaurant.

"We got tacos after years of being infatuated with one another and forgot how to speak entirely," Tyler told People in February 2020. "There was a certain amount of tequila consumed, and then we just started talking a lot. Then we fell in love and nothing's really changed, we're still eating tacos and margaritas together."

Tyler put a ring on it sometime in February 2019. The husband-to-be popped the question with a two-carat, round brilliant diamond engagement ring in a low-key proposal.

"The proposal happened in our kitchen, which was the same place we had our first kiss," Brittany said. "Tyler, then, had organized a secret engagement party at our favorite restaurant with all our closest friends and family waiting."

Brittany revealed the happy news in a since-deleted Instagram post. Sharing a shot of the ring, the caption read: ''A couple weeks ago, I said “YES” about a million times to the man of my wildest & most beautiful dreams. After celebrating with friends and family, we wanted to let a few more friends (you guys) know... this happened. When did Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland get married?

Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland tied the knot on March 14, 2020. The couple exchanged vows in an intimate outdoor ceremony at Cielo Farms in Malibu, California, surrounded by friends and family - including a number of Snow's Pitch Perfect co-stars.

For Tyler, the stand-out moment was the exchanging of vows. "The most memorable thing was staring into her eyes and giving my vows," he told The Knot. "There were 100 people there watching but it felt like it was just us. We also took a moment to ourselves right after the ceremony to soak in the moment. We cried, hugged, laughed. And we had a margarita and some cocktail hour appetizers waiting for us."

Brittany wore a custom-designed dress by Jonathan Simkhai. The cream laced gown had long sleeves and an open back which Snow described as "a dream-come-true to wear." She later changed into a different gown for the evening - an off the shoulder, floral, sheer corset dress by Galia Lahav.

The couple incorporated a few personal touches to make the day extra special. Tyler and Brittany's dog Billie had a special role: "Rather than a traditional flower girl we had Billie Jean walk down the aisle," they told The Knot. "She wore a flower collar that matched Brittany's bouquet."

Tyler's love of surfing was also noted. In a photo of the bride and groom on the day, a white surfboard with hand written messages can be seen in the background. We presume this sentimental touch was in lieu of a traditional guest book.

Tyler and Kayla - Selling the OC drama

Season 1 of Selling the OC centred around an office scandal that involved fellow cast member Kayla Cardona trying to kiss Tyler twice whilst out socialising together. Post-filming, Tyler opened up on the drama in the Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast. 

"One night, Kayla did try and kiss me," he said. "And then it happened another night as well. And so on the show, out of respect for her, I am just kind of trying to minimize it and brush past it so that there isn't drama." He went to clarify that the two alleged kisses "didn't happen while we were filming".

Tyler hasn't shared what his wife's reaction was and admitted that he wanted to keep much of his personal life private despite being on the show. 

"As this journey started, I kind of wanted to keep certain parts of my life private," he continued on the podcast. "And as time goes on, maybe that'll be different. But for right now, that was kind of the one thing that made me feel safe embarking on such a strange journey."

"I don't know about the future," he added. "But in this specific season, you won't see my house, you won't see my wife."

Whilst Snow doesn't appear, Tyler has admitted to ET online that she has been "supportive". And that the privacy they continue to maintain as a couple is a conscious decision. 

"I have what makes the most sense in my career, and she has what makes the most sense in her career, and kind of whatever is best, we do, and we support, and I think that's what makes our relationship successful."

Season seven of Netflix’s Selling Sunset is finally upon us, and many are still wondering why Brett Oppenheim left the family brokerage and if he's still involved in the show.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the next series of the glossy hit real estate reality show. And there's certainly plenty to look forward to following Selling Sunset season six, in which new cast members Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi stirred up some drama, while Chrishell clashed with Jason's new girlfriend, Marie Lou. 

But despite the new additions, recent seasons of Selling Sunset have seen some key cast members exit the show. Christine Quinn and Maya Vander no longer appear on the show, while Davina left Selling Sunset in season four and Heather Rae El Moussa left during season seven. Now fans want to know why Brett Oppenheim left the famous brokerage too.

Why did Brett Oppenheim leave the Selling Sunset brokerage?

Brett Oppenheim left The Oppenheim Group to start his own brokerage, Oppenheim Real Estate. On the firm’s website, Brett is listed as the president and Broker of the company. While his twin brother, Jason, is listed as founder and president of The Oppenheim Group.

While he still features in Selling Sunset alongside his brother, fellow cast member Christine Quinn previously confirmed that he had left the group. She said to Glamour: “Brett has left to start his own brokerage.”

Christine also hinted that Brett may end up poaching some of The Oppenheim Group’s agents for his own firm. She said: “We don’t know who will move where. It may be the battle of the brokerages!”

However, for season seven of Selling Sunset, Brett made something of a return, appearing in several episodes of the show. The series saw Brett become frustrated with his brother for the amount he was spending amid high interest rates and the new mansion tax affecting their business. 

He also made several appearances throughutoSelling the OC season two, which aired in September 2023.  

Did Brett and Jason fall out?

While there have been rumours of a feud between the brothers, Jason has confirmed that there is no bad blood between him and Brett. In fact, he even said that he and his twin still work together, and it seems both their firms are actually tied together.

Oppenheim Real Estate and The Oppenheim Group both have explanations on their websites that in 1889, Jacob Stern, Jason and Brett's great great grandpa, founded The Sterm Reality Co. This was later changed to The Oppenheim Group.

They both describe the companies as family businesses, meaning they technically still work together.

Jason said of Christine’s comments about Brett leaving: "I think Christine tried to fan those flames. He's not starting his own brokerage and hiring agents and competing. We're still working together."
