  • 2tbsps olive oil
  • 4 loin pork chops
  • 2tbsps runny honey
  • 2tbsps Dijon mustard
  • 1tbsp orange juice

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add the chops and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, turning once, until they are fully cooked and the juices run clear.
  2. Mix the honey, mustard and orange juice together in a small bowl.
  3. Reduce the heat, then pour the sauce over the chops in the frying pan.
  4. Cook for a few minutes to heat through, allowing the sauce to bubble. Serve the chops with the sauce poured over.
