Mummy blogger Constance Hall has hit back at critics who shamed her for using her phone shortly after giving birth to her fifth child.

The Australian blogger shared her ‘favourite photo’ from the birth of Raja Wolf on Facebook earlier this week – however, it was immediately hit with backlash as many outraged people argued it showed poor parenting.

One said: ‘Obviously googling parental advice.’ Another added sarcastically: ‘It's important to check your phone’.

In the photo, Constance is laying in her hospital bed, with a can of drink in one hand and her phone in the other, looking deeply engrossed in what’s happening on her screen.

Her new son is lying at the bottom of the bed being cooed over by dad, Denim Cooke.

But now the new mum has snapped back at her critics, arguing that people should focus on their own children instead of worrying about how she is behaving.

She said: ‘Yesterday I posted a picture of myself on the phone the day my son was born. And of course it was followed by a few f***ers and their stuck up judgments about what I was doing on my phone instead of spending my every second doting and being the eternally grateful goddess mother..

‘The truth is.... it’s nobodies business what a mother is doing on her phone the day she gives birth, if she’s sending her children and mother photos of the baby or googling tit jobs in Thailand it’s not your business.

‘In fact the way another mother is mothering...... is not your problem..’

Reassuring her loyal fans who defended her photo, Constance added: ‘Please don’t be concerned about me, I couldn’t care less about these comments. I’m on the beach, with 5 of my kids in the sun with the Dolphins at Monkey Mia’.

The 35-year-old gave birth to baby Raja in May via a scheduled C-section. The baby is her fifth child but is the couple’s seventh, as her partner is already a dad to two kids.
