BBC's Chris Rogers marries Kay White and confirms they're expecting their first baby together
BBC star Chris Rogers has announced some very happy news, as he's revealed he got married and is expecting his first child.
The 44-year-old - who produces and acts as a reporter on the show Inside Out - has tied the knot with American journalist Kay White.
'I really do feel I've got it right,' he gushed to the Daily Mail.
'I’m a complete disaster and that's no secret. I've had great success as a journalist uncovering human rights abuses but my personal life has been a disaster. But I really do feel I've got it right. She's given up everything to be with me.'
If that isn't already enough for Chris to smile about, he confirmed to the publication that his new wife is also carrying the pair’s first child together.
'I said in my speech today, for the first time in my life I feel everything is in harmony. The stars are aligned and we're having a baby,' he said.
Kay is set to give birth to the duo’s tot in just four weeks’ time.

At the ceremony, the mum-to-be proudly showed off her blossoming baby bump in a floor-length white off-the-shoulder dress with long sleeves. Chris looked dapper in a grey suit and matching silky tie.
The newly-weds got to know each other on Twitter after Kay sent him a message complimenting his presenting skills.
'We weren't in a position to take it further. It was just a really nice online friendship,' he added.
Chris and Kay didn’t meet in person until February 2017 and it was then that their relationship progressed to the next level.
'We were both in unhappy marriages. When these ended about six or seven months later, we were still in touch and another six months after that I ended up in the US,' he continued.
'We were both free and single and decided to meet for the first time and the rest his history.'
Chris has previously been married three times. He first tied the knot when he was just 20.
