Chelsea Clinton has welcomed her third child.
The former first daughter has welcomed her third child with husband Marc Mezvinsky.
The mum-of-three took to Twitter to announce the exciting news to the world, even revealing the gender of her and Marc’s new arrival and the sweet name they have chosen.
‘This morning we welcomed our son, Jasper Clinton Mezvinsky,’ wrote the loving mum on her Twitter page. ‘We are overflowing with love and gratitude and can’t wait to introduce him to his big sister and brother.’
The post quickly raked up 7,500 shares, 13,000 comments and nearly 170,000 likes from fans and followers from all over the world.
‘Congratulations Chelsea & Fam!’ wrote one fan. ‘Jasper is incredibly lucky to have landed into a family filled with intelligent, courageous fighters! Wishing you years of happiness and health!!!’

Another wrote: ‘Congratulations dear woman Every child born to a loving family is a blessing ’.
Alluding to the 39-year-old’s parents, former 42nd US president Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, one follower commented: ‘Good for you, good for us, good for the world. Raise a good and conscientious citizen and hopefully another future leader. Love you Chelsea!’.
This is the third child for Chelsea and her husband Marc, who announced their pregnancy back in January with a sweet post on Twitter.
‘Marc and I have loved watching Charlotte be such a wonderful big sister and we’re excited to watch Aidan become a big brother!’ wrote the mum on her Twitter page. ‘We cannot wait to meet our newest addition later this summer.’
They became parents to three-year-old Aidan back in 2016 and four-year-old Charlotte the year before.
