‘Hannah and Adam are very much looking forward to being parents together.’
This is the first baby for the 37-year-old and her personal trainer boyfriend, who have been together for the last five years.
This happy news comes just a few weeks after Hannah took to Instagram to reveal the details of her baby shower, sharing sweet photos of the celebration and thanking all of those who took part in the day.

The EastEnders actress, who revealed that she was pregnant back in September, has previously suffered two miscarriages.
Back in 2014 the mum-of-one suffered from a miscarriage with Adam and the couple subsequently split before rekindling their relationship months later.
‘I had one a few years previously with another partner [as well],’ she told OK! Magazine back in September.
‘They both happened early on in the pregnancies, around the five-week mark,’ she added.
‘It’s such an upsetting thing so it’s made it hard to relax this time,’ she said of her recent pregnancy, ‘especially during the first few months. Going through all that makes this pregnancy even more special, though. I feel very lucky that everything has been okay this time.’
The new mum has previously suffered from health problems, which were caused by a breast enhancement that she underwent back in 2013.
Opening up about the ordeal, she described the unbearable pain that she experienced at the time.
‘My body was shutting down,’ she said. ‘At my worst moments, I felt like I was dying. I was suffering from breathlessness to the point where I would be on the floor. Even thinking back to it is very surreal.’
Hugh congratulations to Hannah and Adam on their happy arrival.
