Kate Mara has revealed that she is expecting her first child with husband Jamie Bell.
The House of Cards star took to social media to finally confirm the happy news after months of speculation that she was expecting.
The mum-to-be made the exciting announcement with a sweet post on Instagram. She put up a cute photo of her alongside husband Jamie with her emerging bump on show, as the couple attended Elton John’s annual AIDS Foundation Oscars Party last night.
She captioned the post: ‘Went on a date with our bun in the oven.’
Fans and followers rushed to congratulate the American Horror Story actress, with comments including: ‘Oh Kate and J congratulations !!!! How wonderful. Welcome to the mummy club! Xxxx’, ‘KATE!! So very happy for you both! For you three actually.... ❤’ and ‘Just so incredibly happy for you, Jamie, and new Baby Bell’.

Just hours before the 35-year-old confirmed the news her stylist, Johnny Wujek, just beat her to the punch.
In a sweet post on his Instagram page that showed Kate and Jamie attending last night’s bash, Johnny revealed the news.
He wrote: ‘We’re having a Baby. My love @katemara rockin @giambattistavalliparis and the cutest baby bump I’ve ever seen. Oh & Hi Jamie, you handsome devil you. Proud Gunkle #stylistLife’.
This will be the first baby for expectant mum Kate, who tied the knot with her actor husband back in the summer of 2017.
The pair got married after dating since 2015, when they starred in the Fantastic Four reboot together.
However, the new baby will be the second child for English-born Jamie who shares a son with ex-wife Evan Rachel Wood.

The 32-year-old is already dad to five-year-old Jack Matfin Bell, who he welcomed with the Westworld actress before the pair divorced a year later in 2014.
