Robbie Williams and Ayda Field share sad family news: ‘Crying our eyes out’
Robbie Williams and Ayda Field have shared some sad family news.
Taking to Instagram to share the news with her 543,000 followers, actress Ayda, who recently judged The X Factor with husband Robbie, revealed that the family had lost their beloved pet dog.
Posting a sweet photo of the family’s Jack Russell dog Baby, the mum-of-three wrote a heartfelt post to honour the much-loved pet, revealing that she and husband Robbie were in floods of tears over his death.
‘We’ve just lost our beautiful Jack Russell dog, Baby,’ she captioned the post. ‘Gone way too soon, she was a brave adventurer and champion snuggler. @robbiewilliams and I are currently crying our eyes out.
‘In the midst of our sadness, the most beautiful sight appeared out our window...a rainbow. As cliché as it might sound, we feel safety seeing it out our window, knowing that that is Baby’s rainbow bridge.
‘So in Baby’s honour, and any other soul that has left the planet today, a big farewell kiss to the sky. We will always keep you in our hearts Baby 💔AWx’.
The 40-year-old also shared a sweet photo of the rainbow that she and Robbie could see from their house, that followers could swipe across to see.
