Actress Sheridan Smith has confirmed she is expecting her first child with fiancé Jamie Horn with a sweet on stage announcement.
The singer and TV star confirmed the news as she performed to audience members during a recent show on a cruise ship for the Floating Festivals event.
Standing on stage and stroking her small pregnancy bump, the performing mum-to-be told the audience, “I’ve got a baby on board.”
Sheridan also confessed that she had been suffering from “morning sickness lark” and explained that she had ditched her high heels so that she could easily run off stage to be sick during shows.
“I’ve got buckets in each wing and trainers so I can run,” she added.
"I’m very out of breath. I’ve got all these new symptoms, so sorry!”
This comes shortly after Sheridan, who starred in the West End production of Joseph and His Technicolor Dreamcoat this year, revealed that she and beau Jamie were thinking about starting a family.
She confessed that working with children in the musical had made her broody and that she and Jamie, who she met on dating app Tinder in 2018, were hoping to get pregnant.
“I can’t tell you how much I love the kids.
"Me and Jamie now are thinking of making me a mamma. All thanks to these amazing souls.

“They are all an utter joy and have made the whole experience for me, I will cherish the memories and watch their careers flourish."
In light of the exciting news, fans of Sheridan began bombarding her social media accounts with congratulatory messages.
‘Huge congratulations on your bubba news!! Very exciting ❤️,’ one wrote.
‘Congratulations you gorgeous girl! Enjoy every step of your next journey xxxxx,’ added another.
Offering some pregnancy survival tips, a third chipped in, “Congratulations both 💕💕💕 so happy for you both. Hope you’re not suffering too much Sheridan. Try breadsticks and also mints xx’.
