Most of Jamie’s fans couldn’t wait to congratulate him on having such an adorable son, but there was one follower who couldn’t help but make a bit of mischief.

Jamie’s mum, Sally Oliver, commented on her son’s post, playfully scolding him for putting a baby on the floor, writing: ‘This adorable child! He looks so like you as a baby! But please get him off that hard floor now’.

Grandmother Oliver’s comment caused quite the stir between followers, with some remarking that Jamie shouldn’t put his baby on a ‘hard, cold floor’.

One Instagram user wrote: ‘Cute baby Jamie, but he can’t be that comfortable laying on that hard, cold floor.’

Another said: ‘why is your baby on the floor???’ and a third agreed: ‘I commented about the stone floor mainly for the hardness and coldness’.

Meanwhile, some of Jamie’s other followers focused on applauding Jamie’s mum for putting her 41-year-old son in his place.

One follower commented: ‘love that you still get told off by your mum too’ whilst another said, ‘I love that your mom busted you!!! Go Granny!!!’

After entertaining many of Jamie’s fans, Sally quickly commented again to make it clear that she was joking: ‘You’re quite right, the floor is very clean and River is very well cared for, I was only teasing Jamie 😃’.
