Made In Chelsea star, Oliver Proudlock has announced that he plans to wed his girlfriend of four years, Emma Louise Connolly.
Oliver is one of the key cast members of Made In Chelsea and for many remains a favourite.
News of his engagement will be bittersweet for fans, who despite being delighted that he's found love, will be saddened by the fact he's officially out of the dating game!
The 29-year-old fashion designer proposed to Emily during a trip to Sweden to mark four years together.
Taking to Instagram to share his happy news, Oliver wrote: 'SHE SAID YES!!! SHE IS MAKING AN HONEST MAN OF ME. GREATEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE. ❤ #opxec #engaged #4yearanniversary''.
The picture confirming the engagement shows Oliver kissing Emily on the head who is smiling from ear to ear. Emily is holding what looks like a Champagne flute and is casually showing off her huge rock.
Oliver's post has already received over 130,000 likes and has thousands of comments.
One person wrote: 'Congratulations to you both you make a lovely couple x♥️♥️'.
Another said: 'You finally asked her congratulations beautiful couple x'.
A third commented: 'I’ve literally been waiting all month for this. Knew it was coming soon.'
Many others speculated that an engagement was imminent as hours before Oliver posted this picture he posted a cryptic tweet.
It said: 'To the best 4 years of my life, and to many more to come. Love you more than I could ever comprehend.'
After the news broke Emily also posted on her social media to share the happy news and posted a video on her Instagram story in which she gushed: 'Oh sorry got something on my nose. It's called a fiance.'
She then put her hand in front of her face and showed off her ring once again.
Emily also shared a hilarious shot from moments after she said yes showing her ripped jeans! She captioned the pictures: 'and then I said yes. and split my jeans from excitement. ❤ @proudlock'.
The couple haven't shared any further updates since posting the confirmation yesterday (5 August). It's unlikely former co-star and newly wed Spencer Matthews will attend the wedding as he hasn't spoken to many of them since he left the show in 2015.
Oliver was one of the first people Joshua Patterson told that he and Binky Felstead were having a baby together back Made In Chelsea last year so it's possible they'll get an invite along with their daughter India.
