The former Spice Girl posed with her four children, Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13, and Harper, six, on the eve of her 44th birthday on Monday, but many of her fans were left gobsmacked at how quickly her brood appear to have grown up.

Posing in a doorway with her head resting on Romeo, Victoria captioned the snap: ‘Birthday eve with my babies x love u so much @davidbeckham kisses x’

Fans quickly expressed their disbelief at how different the Victoria and David’s children look, with one commenting: ‘Wow! The kids are all grown up’.

A third added: ‘They look so different’.

While a fourth expressed with sadness: ‘They aren’t babies anymore’, and another wrote: ‘I feel old.’

One said: ‘Love this Family!! Your boys are so Handsome and your little Princess many blessings for all of you’.

Another said: ‘What a beautiful family love the Beckhams!!!’

Victoria’s family snap comes after she enjoyed a fun day out at Disneyland on Saturday with David, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, while Brooklyn partied at the Coachella Music Festival.

Sharing a cheeky video of David wearing a pair of Micky Mouse ears, she said: ‘Not sure how I feel about the ears @davidbeckham So much fun!! Kisses from @disneyland xxxx’.

Meanwhile, the fashion designer appeared to confirm that she and David are attending the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Markle next month.

During an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Cordon last week, Victoria stumbled after she was asked if she would be a wedding guest.

‘I, I don’t know…’ she stammered before adding: ‘Yes. England is so excited. It is so great, isn’t it? They look so happy.’

But she ‘sadly’ won’t be designing the bride’s wedding dress.

‘Sadly, I’m not, but I’m sure she’ll look incredible,’ she added.
