Amanda Holden has won praised from fans for her fabulous figure after sharing a series of candid snaps on Instagram.
Amanda, who is currently on holiday with her family, couldn't resist sharing a number of holiday pictures with her 570k followers on Instagram - and the images sent her followers into a tizz, as they praised her age-defying physique.
In one photo, the TV personality stripped off her bikini top for a casual reading shot.
Amanda is seen topless by the poolside in the shot, taken from behind.
Showing off her toned physique perfectly, with just a hat for protection, the BGT judge told fans that she had enjoyed some 'mamatime'.
Another snap was taken of the mum-of-two in a retro Coca Cola-branded swimming costume, from Primark, as she spent time rubbing sun cream into her daughter's arms ahead of a day in the sun.
One fan asked the 46-year old what she did to stay in shape, and the star credited 'running and swimming and a bit of yoga' to keeping her figure in check - though, she went on to share with her Instagram followers that 'To be honest when I'm on holiday I don't do any of that!'

Amanda went on to detail: 'I try not to eat carbs after six. And I always put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my coffee every morning as I've heard caffeine grabs on to that part of your waist. Apparently coconut oil stops that.'

Amanda has been married to her husband Chris Hughes, 43, since 2008 and they have two children - daughters Alexa, 11, and five-year old Hollie.
