Former TOWIE star Maria Fowler has revealed how she lost two and half stone after the birth of her daughter.
Maria, who welcomed daughter Evie with boyfriend Kevin Batey in September 2016, said that during her pregnancy, she hadn't worried about her weight at all.
'I had more muffin tops than Mr Kipling!' the now 30 year old joked. 'I was eating for two when I was pregnant. I loved seeing my tummy grow and I decided to disregard any weight gain while I prepared for the birth.
'I knew I would be a lot heavier after the birth but I didn't care - all that mattered was that I had a beautiful new baby girl. I have always been very disciplined when I want to lose weight and I knew that I could get back into shape if I put my mind to it.'
However, after Evie's arrival, she set about regaining her pre-baby figure, beginning with her exercise plan, which revolved around five-mile power walks with her daughter in tow.
'I didn't want to go too quickly because I knew that would not be healthy and I wanted Evie to be rooted in any exercise that I did so I would not spend much time away from her,' she explained.
'That is why my mummy power walks were so effective - I was bonding with my baby and getting in shape at the same.'

Maria also changed her diet since her pregnancy, replacing a carb-heavy menu with both nutritious meals cooked from scratch and meal replacement drinks from Forza Supplements, with whom she worked to develop her healthy eating and exercise plan.
Maria's diet before: Breakfast: Two slices of toast and a cup of tea with one sugar Lunch: Fish and chips Dinner: Roast chicken, roast potatoes, vegetables and gravy Snacks: Salt and cider vinegar kettle chips Drinks: Coke and tea
Maria's diet after: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon Lunch: Grilled haddock, steamed broccoli or a chocolate Shake It Slim shake Dinner: Frilled salmon and roasted vine tomatoes or a vanilla Shake It Slim shake Snacks: Fresh cashew nuts or satsumas Drinks: Two litres of water
Since overhauling her lifestyle, Maria has gone from 11st 7lbs to 9st and lost eight inches from her waist.
'I loved my 'mummy tummy' - I wouldn't have had gorgeous Evie without it,' she said. 'I am very proud of the pictures of me with a bloated stomach when I first embarked on the exercise regime a month after Evie's birth because they bring back such happy memories of the pregnancy.'
'I had a lot of loose skin around my tummy but I knew if I was disciplined, adjusted my diet and started to exercise regularly I could get back to how I was before I was mum. I have been amazed at the transformation over the last few weeks and my power walks have really made a real difference.'
'I have managed to lose 35lbs over the last 12 weeks and I didn't put on a pound over Christmas. I am now back to my pre-baby weight and feel sexier than ever.'
Maria is an ambassador for Britain's leading weight loss and wellbeing firm Forza Supplements and lost 35lbs in 12 weeks following the birth of baby Evie taking its Shake It Slim meal replacement drinks which are available at Forzadiet.com and at Holland & Barrett.
