Mum encourages others to ditch the scales after losing two pounds but dropping three dress sizes
'Stop letting the scale throw you off'
A mum-of-four has posted a before and after photo of her incredible body transformation on social media after going from a size 16 to a size 10, but only losing two pounds.
Adrienne Osuna, who blogs about her weight loss journey, posted the before and after pictures on her Instagram account.
Her incredible body transformation is visible after she went from a size 16 to a size 10, but Adrienne reveals that there's only a two pound difference between the two photos.
While she was a size 16 and weighed 182 pounds in her before picture, the mum slimmed to a size 10 in her after picture but is only two pounds lighter, weighing 180 pounds.
Revealing her relief that she finally stopped caring about what the scales said, Adrienne explains that her goal was to lose fat and gain muscle.
'I THANK GOD I didn't let the scale stop me...I could care less what I weigh', Adrienne wrote in the caption.
'My goals are to *build muscle and lose fat* I didn't diet to get here...I lifted a lot of heavy things and I do intermittent fasting.

In her blog, Adrienne revealed that she has struggled with dieting and binge eating since she was a young girl.
'I have struggled with yo-yo dieting and bingeing since middle school. With each pregnancy I gained weight, lost weight, and gained weight again', she wrote.
Revealing the secret to her incredible transformation, the mum says she quit dieting after she gave birth to her fourth son, and started to lift weights at the gym.
'After my fourth son turned one, I finally QUIT DIETING, lost fat and healed my metabolism by heavy lifting, intermittent fasting and eating an appropriate amount of food! I'm no longer obsessed with the scale.'
