The 57-year-old previously joked following the arrival of Mateo: ‘I believe he is mine. We are all thrilled to welcome him to this cold, cruel world. We are all thrilled that he is here and healthy.’
Speaking about his parenting style to Reuters Stanley revealed that he likes to joke with his kids and doesn’t follow in the steps of the characters he plays in movies.
Comparing himself to Dill, from the film Easy A, Stanley joked: ‘As a parent, it would be great if I could be as relaxed as these people in the movie are. It’ll never happen. But a thing that I have in common with Dill is that I do joke around with my kids. We laugh a lot. But again, I couldn’t let go that much — no way.’
