Strictly Come Dancing’s Natalie Lowe is expecting her first child.
The Strictly professional dancer took to her Instagram page to reveal the exciting news that is expecting her first child with husband James Knibbs.
The 38-year-old, who took part in seven series of the BBC dancing competition before retiring in 2017, uploaded a sweet photo to share the news with her nearly 28,000 followers.
Sharing an adorable snap of her and her husband of one year on their wedding day last July, the Australian dancer wrote: ‘So happy to be able to tell the world our AMAZING NEWS! My husband James and I are expecting!’
Opening up on the couple’s conception struggles, the expectant mum continued: ‘It’s has been a rather long and difficult journey, as it is sadly for many but we are almost there and it’s now really happening.
‘I am 21 weeks pregnant 🎉 our precious baby ...? is due (would you believe it) the weekend of the #strictly final. We are over the moon excited and can’t wait to bring a little one of our own into this AMAZING world.

Fans and friends rushed to congratulate the pair, with a host of famous faces adding messages of congratulations.
Fellow professional dancer Joanne Clifton, who won the series back in 2016 with TV presenter Ore Oduba, wrote: ‘Omg congratulations!!!!!❤️❤️❤️’, while her dancing partner Ore added a series of red heart emoji symbols.
Olympic athlete Greg Rutherford, who partnered with the mum-to-be back in the fourteenth series of the BBC competition, also left his well-wishes, writing: ‘Fantastic news! Congratulations to the pair of you xx’.
TV presenter Lisa Snowdon also added: ‘Yay!! Congratulations darling! ❤️’.
