Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins has given birth to her second child with husband Andrew Levitas, a son named Xander.
Katherine Jenkins announced that she had given birth to her second child with a sweet Instagram post on Tuesday (24 April).
She and husband Andrew Levitas announced they were expecting another baby back in November.
The couple already have a two-year-old daughter called Aaliyah, and have decided to call their baby boy Xander Robert Selwyn Levitas. The birth of their son comes the day after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their third child to the world, also a little boy.
Katherine's Instagram post shows the now family-of-four holding hands with the caption: 'Andrew, Aaliyah and I are proud to announce the arrival of our gorgeous son Xander Robert Selwyn Levitas.'
The mum-of-two, who said she was incredibly grateful to enjoy the gift of parenthood, went on to explain the special meaning behind her son's name.
She said: 'His middle names honour our late fathers who live on in our little ‘Defender of Men’ (Meaning of Xander).
'Our family, our home and are hearts could not be more full of love & we are incredibly grateful for the gift of being parents to these beautiful children. Cwtches to you all xxx #birthannouncement #familyoffour'.
Two-year-old Aaliyah's big sister duties officially start from today
With over 69,000 followers, messages of congratulations quickly flooded the post.
One person wrote: 'Many congratulations on the birth of your Beautiful baby boy Xander ❤' Another said: 'So happy for the four of you. This image says it all. ❤'.

Many of Katherine's followers were touched by the couple's decision to honour their late fathers.
