This classic cocktail, Black Russian, takes its name from the black coffee and vodka which make it. Perfect for an after-dinner cocktail or a Christmas Day treat!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 3/4oz coffee liqueur
- Crushed ice

Method
- Mix the vodka and coffee liqueur in a cocktail shaker with some ice.
- Shake for at least 30 seconds to combine the flavours and allow the ice to melt.
- Remove the end of the shaker so the drink can pour out, but not the ice.
- Pour your Black Russian into a chilled Martini glass and enjoy!
