- Camembert
- Carrots
- Celery
- Green peppers
- Grissini
- Crusty bread (optional)

Method
- Take a Camembert and remove the wrapping paper from the cheese itself before easing the Camembert back into the bottom half of the wooden box.
- Place the box on a baking tray and pop into a hot oven 220°C for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbling and runny.
- While the cheese is cooking, cut up some vegetable sticks - carrots, celery, even green peppers - whatever takes your fancy. Grissini - those Italian breadsticks - are also good.
- Take the cheese from the oven and allow to cool for a minute or two before putting it in the centre of the table to dip into. You may like to add some crusty bread.
