Impress your party guests this this elegant coffee creme cocktail. Rich and creamy, it's also a nice idea for an after dinner treat

Ingredients

  • 2 parts (tbsp) vodka
  • 1 part (tbsp) Tia Maria or Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • Crushed ice
  • 1-2 tbsp double cream
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

  1. Put vodka and coffee liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into a glass containing ice. Spoon the cream on top and then dust with cocoa powder.

Serve in a chilled glass to keep the cocktail nice and cool.
