A double chocolate mousse is a brilliant pud for dinner parties: layers of white and dark chocolate, chilled to perfection! A chocolate mousse is such an indulgence, so there's nothing better than a mousse with two layers! This recipe is really easy to make and is perfect for a special occasion. It takes a little while to set, but that's ideal if you're expecting friends round, as it means you can get on with something else while it sits in the fridge. For a no-fuss dessert that goes great with fresh fruit or simply on its own, this is the one for you. Make it for a special occasion, or simply because you fancy something sweet - it's easy to make and you probably already have the ingredients in the fridge!

- 100g white chocolate
- 150m double cream
