50g butter
300g long grain rice
2tbsp pilau seasoning
600ml hot veg stock
25g toasted flaked almonds to serve

Method
- Heat 50g butter in a large pan, add 300g long grain rice and stir well.
- Add 2tbsp pilau seasoning and 600ml hot veg stock. Simmer for 10 mins, turn off the heat, cover and set aside for 5 mins.
- Stir through 25g toasted flaked almonds to serve.
