This easy-to-make cocktail, made with vodka, Galliano and orange juice, was first created in the bars of 1950s America and has since become a classic.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz vodka
- 1/2oz Galliano
- 4 oz orange juice
WEIGHT CONVERTER
Method
- Pour the vodka and orange juice into a chilled glass with some ice cubes and stir well.
- Top with the Galliano.

Apparently the cocktail was named after a Manhattan Beach surfer who was a regular at Duke's Bar. From the name we guess he wasn't so good at surfing or drinking!
