Ingredients

  • 1 1/2oz vodka
  • 1/2oz Galliano
  • 4 oz orange juice

  1. Pour the vodka and orange juice into a chilled glass with some ice cubes and stir well.
  2. Top with the Galliano.

Apparently the cocktail was named after a Manhattan Beach surfer who was a regular at Duke's Bar. From the name we guess he wasn't so good at surfing or drinking!
