Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 2 limes
- 200g sugar

Method
- Using a vegetable peeler, remove the zest from 6 lemons and 2 limes and put in a large jug. Juice all the lemons and limes into the jug and add 200g sugar. Pour over 1.5 litres hot water and stir. Cover, leave to cool, then chill. Sieve into a serving jug. Pour over ice to serve and add extra slices of lemon and lime.
