Try this delicious citrus thirst-quencher from our friends at Woman's Weekly - perfect for hot summer days
Ingredients
- 4 limes; juice of 2, and 2 thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 350ml (12fl oz) lemonade
- Soda water or sparkling wine
- Mint sprigs, to decorate
WEIGHT CONVERTER
Method
- Put the lime juice, slices of lime and sugar in a large jug and add the lemonade. Chill for an hour.
- Top up with soda or sparkling water. Serve over ice, with lots of mint sprigs
