  • This sweet, rum-based cocktail also contains coconut cream and pineapple juice. Blended or shaken with ice and decorated with pineapple and a maraschino cherry, a pina colada is a holiday and girls’ night out favourite.


    • 4oz pineapple juice
    • 1 1/2oz gold rum
    • 1 1/2oz coconut cream
    • To decorate
    • Maraschino cherry
    • Pineapple pieces


    • Mix the liquid ingredients in a blender or shaker with cracked ice.

    • Pour into a chilled glass

    • Decorate with the fruit.
