Ingredients
- 4oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2oz gold rum
- 1 1/2oz coconut cream
To decorate
- Maraschino cherry
- Pineapple pieces

- Mix the liquid ingredients in a blender or shaker with cracked ice.
- Pour into a chilled glass
- Decorate with the fruit.
