Perk up your pork chops with deliciously tangy Stilton cheese
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1tbsp light olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4tbsp apple sauce
- 4 slices Stilton cheese

Method
- Set the oven to gas mark 6 or 200°C.
- Rub the oil over the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Put the chops on a rack over a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the oven and cook the chops for 20-25 mins, turning them after 10 mins, until they are light golden on each side.
- Spread 1tbsp apple sauce on each chop and top with a slice of Stilton cheese. Return the chops to the oven to cook for a further 5-10 mins, or until the cheese melts, then serve immediately.
