Delicious prawns with pesto is super easy to make and perfect for making with help from your little ones (and hopefully, they will help you eat them too). Children love this recipe and it is a really quick and easy weekday supper, especially using shop-bought pesto. Serve tossed with pasta or on top of brown rice. This recipe serves a family of 4, or 6 children, and will only take 15 mins to make.
Ingredients
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 300g peeled prawns
- 75g shop-bought pesto
- brown rice or pasta, and vegetables, to serve

Method
- Heat the olive oil in a medium non-stick frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the prawns and cook for 2-3 mins on each side or until piping hot.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the pesto. Serve with brown rice or pasta and vegetables.
