Enjoy a taste of summer with this delicious and sweet strawberry cocktail. Perfect for sharing with your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 250-350g strawberries
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 75cl bottle Lambrusco Rosato, well chilled
- Ice cubes
- Mint, to serve

Method
- Whizz the strawberries with a stick blender, or in a food processor, and sieve them to remove the seeds. Stir in the icing sugar until dissolved.
- Pour into a large jug, add the Lambrusco and ice cubes and then decorate with the mint.
