Ingredients
- 2 corn-on-the-cobs
- Butter
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Salt and pepper

Method
- Halve 2 corn on the cobs and place each piece on a large piece of foil. Dot each with a knob of butter, drizzle over ½tbsp sweet chilli sauce and season well with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the pieces of sweetcorn tightly in the foil and cook on the barbecue or under the gril for 20 mins, turning occasionally.
