It takes just 25 minutes to make four of these delicious, sticky corn on the cobs.

  • 2 corn-on-the-cobs
  • Butter
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Halve 2 corn on the cobs and place each piece on a large piece of foil. Dot each with a knob of butter, drizzle over ½tbsp sweet chilli sauce and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Wrap the pieces of sweetcorn tightly in the foil and cook on the barbecue or under the gril for 20 mins, turning occasionally.
