Ingredients
- 6oz pineapple juice2oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
To decorate
- Maraschino cherry
- Pineapple slice

- Put the ingredients into a blender and blend well at high speed.
- Pour into a tall, chilled glass and decorate with the cherry and pineapple.
