This non-alcoholic version of the classic pina colada has a delicious twist.. fresh strawberries. Perfect for party guests who can't drink because they're driving or just for a creamy summer treat.
Ingredients
- 8 strawberries
- 2oz coconut cream
- 5oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup crushed ice

Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender at high speed.
- Pour into a tall glass and decorate with maraschino cherry and a pineapple slice.
