Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd have tied the knot in the Maldives

The couple only invited a close group of family and friends to celebrate

Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd have tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in the Maldives, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Former TOWIE star Billie Faiers has married her long-term partner and the father to her two children, Greg Shepherd.

The couple flew out to the Maldives a few days ago and only had their close friends and family and the lavish ceremony.

Greg and Billie have been together since 2011 and he proposed three years later.

The couple announced their happy news at the same time as they confirmed they were expecting a little girl, who we now affectionately know as Nelly, in an interview with OK! Magazine.

Greg planned the romantic proposal during a trip to the Maldives, which explains why the couple have decided to jet back there to take their vows.

Billie posted her first picture with Greg in the Maldives yesterday and it’s thought that they have now said I Do.

Billie’s sister Sam has also been sharing pictures from the sunny shores of the Maldives as well as close-friend Ferne McCann, who had her daughter Sunday with her for the ceremony.

The family trip also ties in nicely to another celebration for the Faiers-Shepherd family, as Billie and Greg’s son Arthur is turning two.

Captioning a sweet video of proud big sister Nelly singing happy birthday and holding Arthur’s hand, Billie wrote: ‘My beautiful babies 💙💗 Happy birthday my darling Arthur, you are our little sunshine chops 💙 we can’t wait to celebrate with you today ... we all love you so much xxx’.

Sam and Billie have been documenting the run up to the wedding meticulously on social media, with several updates on the dress fittings and who can forget the extravagant hen-do?!

We can’t wait to see what the final ceremony was like and of course, the dress!

We're hoping for some pictures from the wedding in the next few weeks but it will no doubt also feature on the next series of The Mummy Diaries.
