Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tie the knot in secret Las Vegas wedding

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have tied the knot in a secret Las Vegas ceremony following the Billboard Awards

The Jonas Brother singer and Game of Thrones actress headed to a famous chapel just hours after Joe’s performance at the Billboard Awards, to become husband and wife.

DJ Diplo announced the happy news on his Instagram story sharing live videos of the pair saying their vows.

The DJ captioned his video ‘Gonna hit up this wedding real quick.’

In the video, 29-year-old Joe is waiting at the altar for 23-year-old Sophie to make her way down the aisle carrying a bouquet of flowers.

The stunning couple repeated to each other: ‘I promise you, I will never leave you. I will love and trust you all the days of my life.’

In another clip, Sophie repeats: 'I thee wed.... and I love you... and I thank God He gave me you.'

The ceremony included an Elvis impersonator who told Joe: ‘You may kiss the bride’, followed by cheers from the crowd.

Guests included fellow Billboard Music Award performers and attendees, such as Joe’s brothers Kevin Jonas, newly weds Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, singer Khalid, and Diplo.

Fans of the happy couple have been quick to congratulate the pair on social media.

One wrote: ‘Did @joejonas + @SophieT totally just have a little Vegas wedding? Complete with @DanAndShay singing “Speechless” as Sophie walked down the aisle... check out @diplo’s IG Stories NOW! 🧐.’

Another added: ‘OMG!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤗 I’m so happy for them.’

Joe and Sophie have always said they preferred a smaller intimate wedding, which is a stark contrast to the four-day wedding in India his brother Nick and Priyanka Chopro had back in December.

Sophie and Jo’s wedding took place in A Little White Chapel, which is a famous for it’s 24-hour drive-through weddings.

Photographs of the pair were shared on Instagram of the couple on top of a pick Cadillac just after the ceremony, both posing in sunglasses.

The love-birds announced their engagement in October 2017.
