Texas singer Sharleen Spiteri is engaged to chef Bryn Williams
The pair have been together for a decade

Texas' Sharleen Spiteri has revealed that she's engaged to her partner of 10 years, chef Bryn Williams.
The singer, 49, made the happy announcement during an appearance on Radio 2's Breakfast Show, telling host Chris Evans: 'I'm taking a bit of a beamer. After 10 years, he’s actually asked to marry me.'
'It took that blooming long. Yeah, Bryn's asked to marry me. I thought he was having a heart attack. Who knows what spurred him on?'
Sharleen, whose hits include Say What You Want, Inner Smile and Summer Son, kept quiet about the wedding details, but confirmed that she hadn't tied the knot in secret, adding: 'Well, I ain’t married yet.'

Sharleen and Bryn met in London, where Bryn, 39, was working in high profile restaurants including Odette's in Notting Hill.
'I bagged a Welshman. I passed him on the stairs and we got into a conversation as I had seen him on Great British Menu,' she told the Daily Post in 2008.
'He loves my cheese on toast when he comes in at night.'
In 2013, she said to The Independent that her life had become 'picture perfect' since the couple got together, explaining: 'I never thought I'd get to this place. I thought I was going to be on my own, I've got so much baggage.'
'I said to my friends, "I'm just gonna have liaisons from now on, like a movie star." I could have been the mysterious older woman.'
Sharleen was previously in a relationship with magazine editor Ashley Heat, with whom she shares a daughter, Misty Kyd (reportedly named after the phrase from the Clint Eastwood film Play Misty for Me and Wild West outlaw Billy the Kid). The pair ended their relationship in late 2004.
