Gwyneth Paltrow ties the knot with Brad Falchuk

Gwyneth Paltrow has finally said 'I do' to her beau of four years Brad Falchuk during a star-studded ceremony in the Hamptons.

The award-winning actress, 46, confirmed the news of her second marriage to US TV producer Brad, 47, by sharing a snap on Instagram of two intertwined hands bearing gold wedding bands.

Reacting to the post in their droves, fans couldn't help but share their delight at the couple's happy news.

One user gushed: 'Congratulations and may you have many, many, Many years of Happiness together!'

While another commented on the pair's choice of understated jewellery: 'Glad you went with the simple rings'

According to reports the ceremony took place on Saturday with the guest list including a roll call of A-list stars such as actor Robert Downey Jr., comedian Jerry Seinfeld, film producer Steven Speilberg and actress Cameron Diaz.

Brad and Gwyneth first met in 2010 on the set of the musical TV show Glee - a series which Brad co-created and in which Gwyneth guest starred.

But it wasn't until April 2015 that the couple went public with their year-long romance, attending Robert Downey Jr.'s 50th birthday party together.

And less than three years later Gwyneth announced the news of her engagement to the 'man she was meant to be with' in the January 2018 issue of her lifestyle magazine GOOP.

'Personally, at midlife, I have tried to accept how complex romantic love can be,' she revealed.

Continuing she added: 'I have decided to give it a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that (terrifyingly) are made possible by intimacy.'

Entrepreneur Gwyneth's first marriage to Coldplay front-man Chris Martin ended after 11 years, with the couple famously announcing that they were 'consciously uncoupling' in 2014, before finalising their divorce in 2016.

The former spouses share two children together - Apple, 14, and Moses, 12 - and the Avengers star recently admitted that she still uses her ex-husband's surname in some circles.
