It has been announced that Maltesers are releasing a white chocolate version of its fan favourite truffles.

The confectionary brand left the mouths of Maltesers fans watering last year as it launched its milk chocolate truffles.

And now, they’re teasing us with news of another equally delicious offering.

A white chocolate edition of the sweet treats are going to be available to buy on the 9th September, and we reckon they’ll be flying off the shelves by the time Christmas rolls around.

The tasty bite sized chocs will combine a milk and white chocolate truffle centre teamed with tiny chunks of honeycomb and encased in a white chocolate outer layer.

They’ll be sold exclusively at Tesco stores and on the supermarket’s website, costing £4.99 per 200g pack.
