Pret are giving away free iced coffees tomorrow – but you need to know the secret password
Food and drink seem to taste better when they’re free. If you fancy a Friday treat, Pret A Manger are giving out free coffees this Friday.
There’s a couple of things you need to keep in mind if you want one. First off, it’s only available between 10 and 11 am in selected stores. You might end up queuing for a while, we’re sure everyone will one to grab a freebie!
You’ll also need to say a ‘password’; it’s not a case of walking in and simply asking for a free iced coffee.
To make life easier, we have the password you’ll need! Simply walk up to the counter and say ‘Ice to meet you’.
If you can handle saying that pun in public, then you’ve earned yourself a free Pret drink. Nice!

Alternative milk is also available, so you can pick up one of Pret’s iced coffees if you’re vegan or dairy-free, so everyone’s welcome to cool down with an ice-cold drink. In this heat, we’ll definitely drink to that.

Briony Raven, Head of Coffee and Packaging at Pret said: ‘Given we are set to see some sunshine this week, we wanted to ease our customers into the weekend with an iced coffee on us.’
So whether you want an Iced Americano or Iced Latte, make sure you head down to your local Pret ASAP tomorrow. They won’t be around for long!
