Tesco launches Valentine’s meal deal – and it will save you a whole load of money
On Valentine’s Day, there’s nothing better than a relaxing night in with your other half.
And if you’re yet to find the partner of your dreams, it’s the perfect excuse for a girly get-together or a night full of me-time.
But sometimes it’s just too much effort to get the pots and pans out and whip up a nice meal. And a takeaway just feels too naughty when it’s not a Friday night.
Enter – supermarket meal deals.
Since the Marks and Spencer dine in for two deal (which was recently axed) launched more than 10 years ago, stores across the country have followed suit with restaurant-worthy offerings all available at a purse-friendly price.
Budget supermarkets Aldi and Asda are both running meal deals that come in at less than a couple’s trip to the cinema.
And now leading supermarket Tesco are joining in the meal deal game – and it even contains a bottle of Champagne!
