At this time of year, autumnal fruit are cheap and provide a glut of recipes. Preserves are one of the easiest ways to use up the fruit and plums make delicious spreads. Both sweet and sticky, we’ve added festive spices to make this a perfect Christmas foodie gift. Simply pot the spiced plum jam into jars, wrap in a pretty ribbon and add a gift tag with what it is and an expiry date. Once made and stored correctly, it can sit in the fridge for up to 3months; so it’s the present that keeps on giving!
