'It's all my diet' Jennifer Hudson reveals the secrets to her amazing weight loss
'I just watch what I eat'
Jennifer Hudson has been revealing more of her weight loss secrets.
Speaking during a recent appearance on ITV's Lorraine, the singer, who famously lost 80lbs after becoming a spokesperson for Weight Watchers in the early 2010s, said that much of her success is down to her eating habits, rather than a strict workout regime.
'I don't have time to do much exercise, I just watch what I eat,' the mum-of-one admitted. 'I'm very careful and conscious of what I eat. I'll be out and think, "no it's too early to eat right now".
'I'm very conscious of what I put in my body. I have to put it all in my diet'.

Jennifer, who welcomed son David in 2009, began her weight loss journey in 2010, and reportedly slimmed from a size 16 to a size 6 by the following year.
'Instead of saying I lost this or that, I [say I] feel like I gained 10 years of my youth back,' she said to USA Today at the time.

'I look 10 years younger. People say to me, "You have Jennifer Hudson's face. Are you her little sister?'"
However, she did add that: 'Being skinny, it's a job. It's not easy.'
'I feel this responsibility to the world now - people are watching, so I have to keep going in the right direction in terms of my weight loss.'
The Voice coach has maintained her trim figure ever since, through a combination of careful eating and following Weight Watchers recipes and advice - and it seems food really has been the key for her, as in 2014 she told Yahoo! Style that she avoids tempting dishes at all costs.

'I throw the pancakes across the room!' she exclaimed.
'I don't let the food intimidate me. If it's too much, I just get rid of it, but I make sure to watch what I put in my body. And I make sure I know what it is. It's all about portions for the most part. I don't work out a lot, but I do like to be active'.
However, she did confess to having one weakness when it came to treating herself: chocolate. 'It's my cigarette,' she added. 'I don't smoke but it calms me so well. I don't like too much junk in my dressing room because I have to watch what I eat, so I put everything else out of the room.'
