Flashing her stunning engagement ring, the former Loose Women favourite wrote: 'Yes I can now confirm the rumours are true....I have got engaged...my soul mate and best mate and love of my life.'
However, the weight loss guru was keen to point out that it's very early in the planning days, insisting they don't even know where or when they'll exchange their 'I do's' yet as they have no date set for the wedding but she is ‘seriously over the moon’.
The star went on to say: 'Al is the best thing to have ever happened to me....we have absolutely NO date set for ANY wedding day, just happy together...zero fuss, just firmed our togetherness.’
Before adding: ‘And got sick of having to keep switching fingers with my ring, SERIOUSLY OVER THE MOON!!! Thanks for your messages.’
And fans rushed to congratulate the star: ‘Oh fantastic Hun you deserve the the best such a lovely person congratulations x’ wrote one fan. ‘Absolutely fabulous news. Your engagement ring is beautiful’ said another.

It's happy news for the couple, who have been publicly dealing with the heartbreak of dashed baby hopes.
At 41, Lisa had been planning to undergo IVF in a bid to fall pregnant, but medical tests revealed the procedure would almost certainly fail.
Lisa has said in the past: ‘People think women need to have a child to complete themselves, but that just isn’t the case.
‘I feel that I have taken ownership of the situation now. I have seen other people go through years and years of IVF treatment and the stress and pressure that creates.
‘I don’t want to do that. We have decided now that we aren’t going to go down that route, and now that we have made that decision I could not be happier.’
Lisa has since revealed her heartbreaking reason why she will never marry Al.
