Alan Halsall and Lucy-Jo Hudson have shocked fans with a reported relationship reunion, just three months after announcing the end of their six-year-marriage.
The Coronation Street couple took to their Twitter pages to post loving messages to each other this week, hinting that their amicable split in March has seen them get back together.
Alan said; 'Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife @LucyJo_Hudson who is 33 today 😍 love you so much darling, and cannot wait for Paris.'
Lucy-Jo re-tweeted her former husband and added heart-eyed emojis and the hashtag #luckygirl.
A spokesperson has not yet officially confirmed the news but it seems the soap stars are more than just friends, rekindling their six-year-marriage with a trip to the French capital.
The reason behind the initial split was never confirmed, but in 2013 the pair had hinted that although they were in 'no rush' to expand their family anytime soon, they may in the future, with Lucy-Jo saying; 'A psychic has told me I'm going to have twins. We have twins in both our families.'
The pair met on the Corrie set back in 2005 and were married in 2009 before having their only child together - two-year-old Sienna Rae.
Their romance blossomed after meeting on the cobbles, where Alan starred as Tyrone Dobbs and Lucy-Jo played Katy Harris. Lucy-Jo left Corrie in 2005, but Alan continues to play Tyrone, a role he's had since 1998.
The pair married in June 2009, in a romantic ceremony at St Bertoline's Church in Barthomley, Cheshire, and a whole host of their famous friends attended, including Amanda Holden and husband Chris Hughes, as well as co-stars Samia Smith, Tina O-Brien, and Jane Danson.
In September 2013, Alan and Lucy-Jo welcomed daughter Sienna-Rae into the world, and the pair looked more loved up than ever as they showed off their new daughter. After a traumatic 25-hour labour, Lucy-Jo revealed to OK! magazine that the room looked like a 'murder scene', before going on to say: 'But when I cuddled her, I forgot all the pain.
'It's the miracle of life, isn't it? I had a bump, then I had a baby. It's just amazing.'
And it didn't take long for Sienna-Rae to turn Daddy's girl, with the Corrie star later telling OK! magazine: 'Sienna knows she's got me wrapped around her little finger. You melt a bit, you put your emotion into them. Honestly, every time she says "Daddy", I could crumble.'
