Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle receive special royal visitor to ‘help them cope’

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have received a very special visitor. Reports have shown that The Queen has been visiting the royal pair at Frogmore Cottage.

The Queen has apparently been visiting Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan over at their Frogmore Cottage home.

According to Daily Express Royal Correspondent Richard Palmer, “Courtiers have confirmed the Queen often drives around to see the couple at their Frogmore Cottage home when she is at nearby Windsor Castle."

Frogmore Cottage is based within the grounds of Windsor Castle, which makes it easy for the Queen to coordinate a visit to see the royal couple.

The historic Grade II listed cottage has recently undergone a £2.4m renovation.

At the time, the Daily Telegraph said, “The cottage has been remodelled from five separate living quarters into one large official residence for the couple and their son Archie”.

Harry and Meghan revealed their struggles in ITV documentary Meghan & Harry: An African Journey, which was widely discussed at the time of its release.

Richard also added that The Queen “disagrees with Harry and Meghan’s approach to some of the coverage”.

Earlier this week it was revealed that, instead of spending time with the royal family, Harry and Meghan will be visiting Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland for Christmas, alongside baby Archie.

Richard commented on this in a tweet which read, ‘Buckingham Palace’s statement about the Sussexes spending Christmas with Meghan’s mother instead of at Sandringham did not specify whether they would be in the UK or abroad. I’m now confident to report they will be abroad.’

The Queen has okayed the trip, as a statement read, “This decision is in line with precedent set previously by other members of the royal family, and has the support of Her Majesty the Queen.”

We're sure that the Sussexes will enjoy their trip the US for the Christmas period, as it will be lovely for baby Archie to spend time with his grandmother.
