Much-loved hazelnut spread Nutella is a kitchen cupboard staple, and its jars have received a festive makeover that’s sure to delight everyone.

The new Nutella jars feature Christmas themed designs, with snowflakes, a snowman, stockings and a reindeer making an appearance. You can choose from four unique designs depending on which you like best.

Better yet, they glow in the dark, and look seriously cool if we do say so ourselves.

The design shows up best when you’ve eaten all that delicious Nutella (which isn’t exactly a hard task!), as demonstrated by Twitter user Amy.

If you’re looking for a quick way to use it up, why not try our Nutella truffles or Nutella cheesecake for a seriously yummy after dinner dessert? Trust us, they’re worth it!

The fun glow in the dark designs would make for a nice ornament once you’ve eaten all its contents, simply wash it out and reuse however you’d like.

You could even pop a tea light in there for added glow if you’d like, it is almost Christmas time after all!

If you want to grab one of these jars, you can get a 200g one from leading supermarkets across the country, including Morrisons and Waitrose, so hopefully you’ll see them popping up in shops near you soon.

Or if you order one in your online shop, you’ll be given one of the four designs at random if you like surprises!

The jars cost £1.70 each, which is the same as a non-festive jar of Nutella. So it’s hard to say no to a bit of festive cheer.

If you’re looking for a deliciously festive dessert, you can pick up a Baileys chocolate log, which combines two of the best things about Christmas. We can’t wait to try it!

There are plenty of other festive treats out there too, like M&S best-selling dessert from last year. We're very happy to see this one back on our shelves.

For us, Christmas is the perfect time to indulge in our favourite foods so we'll definitely be treating ourselves to this new festive Nutella. It would be rude not to, right?
