Bellini recipe

A true Bellini is made with white peach puree but you can use fresh peach juice, which is just as good!

Ingredients

You'll need:

• 1/3 fresh peach juice or (white peach puree if you can find it)
• To
• 2/3 chilled Italian sparkling wine.
