Who knew making biscuits could be so simple? All you need is four ingredients and 20 spare minutes...
Ingredients
- 115g softened butter
- ½ cup (85g) brown sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 cup (175g) self raising flour

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add syrup and beat until fluffy.
- Mix in flour until texture is such that you are able to roll into balls.
- Place on a paper lined baking tray and allow for spreading, press each gently with a fork and bake in oven for 15 mins.
Top Tip for making Caramel biscuits
These caramel biscuits will keep really well in a tin for up to a week (if you can resist for that long!)
